The further afield you travel the more expensive it’s going to get and as the saying goes “One man’s paradise is another man’s hell” so it’s vital you do your research and find either a quiet tranquil spot or a high activity party zone.

A popular image of paradise would include turqoise calm sea, white beaches stretching as far as you can see and fresh local food available pretty much every moment of the day.  We know one place on earth that ticks all those boxes and extends to some pretty awesome sights if you want to adventure

So here is our guide on where to go in the Caribbean.  Turn your heating up, grab the coconut water and read on!

Best For: The Long Romantic Walk

Jamaica is home to Seven Mile Beach and it is just as breathtaking as it sounds.  There are hotels dotted all the way along the bright white sand, the beach is protected by a natural reef making diving a popular activity here and due to the lack of a high tide, the sea is almost level with the edge of the beach.  This offers a safe environment for young children to play in whilst parents relax and soak up the sun.  The beach here is actually five and a half miles long, but that’s is still plenty of space to stroll hand in hand as the sun goes down and the stars come out.
