The harbour city of Dijon, the ancient capital of the Burgundy region of France, is a modern city that has a lot to offer its visitors. This tiny hilltop village is an iconic part of the Burgundy region, and a must-see while you’re here. Complete with turreted walls, an encircling stone wall around it, and miles of rolling farmland, this really is a picture-perfect destination. It might be a steep climb up, but once you get there and take in the surrounding views, you’ll see that it was worth the time and effort.
